San Antonio Builders Directory Launched by Texas Real Estate Agent Specializing in New Homes

San Antonio, Texas - Kurt Hudspeth, a Texas Real estate agent specializing in new homes, has just launched a new website directory listing San Antonio builders. The goal of the directory is to help connect San Antonio home buyers with more choices for their home purchase than they might otherwise be aware of.

Hudspeth, who makes it a point to maintain an intimate knowledge of the San Antonio new home market, says that new homes are returning to vogue for buyers because of increased competition and lower prices as builders work to reduce their inventory of homes.

He says that due to the past oversupply of new homes, builders are often ready to make deals with home buyers to attract them into their communities.

"What that means is they need to reduce their inventory of homes that never got sold during the real estate boom. Those homes are sitting on their books not doing anyone any good."

Some of the builder's incentives can be substantial, in some cases totaling $6,000 to $10,000. However, many of these deals will go unnoticed by the average buyer without a dedicated buyer's agent who knows where to look.

"That's where I come in, of course," says Hudspeth. As a buyer's agent specializing in new San Antonio homes, he says he's ready to go to work, and not on the behalf of the builder, either.

"I represent the buyer exclusively to make sure they are getting the best deal possible on their next San Antonio new home. This way, there are no mixed loyalties. That's the fairest way to do it, in my opinion."
